Lita Morena to appear on RTL 5 and Videoland

Lita Morena – Rotterdam based samba performer and teacher – is one of the featured personalities in the new season of the documentary series “010: De Mensen Die Rotterdam Kleur Geven” ( 010: The People Who Give Rotterdam Its Color).

Starting March 5, every Thursday at 8:30 PM on RTL 5 and also available on Videoland, this special documentary series returns with its second season.

010: The People Who Give Rotterdam Its Color highlights remarkable Rotterdammers: everyday city residents who bring color to the city through their work, humor, passion and strong character. People who make Rotterdam move. People who create impact. People who dare to live their own story. 

Lita is followed in her mission to bring Brazilian culture, energy and community to Rotterdam. From rehearsals to performances, from dreams to the preparations for the Zomercarnaval parade on July 25, 2026 — viewers get a behind-the-scenes look at what it truly takes to build a samba community in the city.
